Verblijf - just stay

In een rustige omgeving, centraal gelegen in het hart van Tilburg bieden wij jou de gelegenheid om te experimenteren, te ontdekken en nieuw werk te produceren. Bij AiR Tilburg krijg je de kans om je te focussen op het verder ontwikkelen van je praktijk. Verbind jezelf met peers, critici en schrijvers. De focus ligt helemaal op jou en je werk. Tijdens het verblijf krijg je als resident de mogelijkheid om je werk te ontwikkelen, ondervragen en onderzoeken. De wereld waarin we vandaag leven is er een van constante veranderingen die elkaar snel opvolgen. Het is moeilijk om de nodige ruimte en rust te vinden voor artistieke ontwikkeling. Een periode van focus en toewijding aan je werk is dan ook waardevol en noodzakelijk.

Studio’s

SEA Foundation biedt haar residenten uitstekende leef- en werkfaciliteiten. De woonateliers omvatten maar liefst zo’n 100m2 en hebben ieder hun eigen badkamer. De ateliers beschikken over fantastisch daglicht, een terras of een op het zuiden gericht balkon. Er is een goede WIFI verbinding beschikbaar, comfortabele zitplekken, bureaus, een rond bed inclusief beddengoed. Kantoorfaciliteiten met printers en een risograph printer zijn ook beschikbaar.

De ateliers zijn beveiligd, afsluitbaar en 24/7 toegankelijk. De keuken, eetkamer, bibliotheek en projectruimte zijn gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Ze worden gedeeld en fungeren als ontmoetingsplek voor mentoren, kunstenaars, gasten en residenten. Samenwerkingen beginnen vaak in de keuken en kunnen doorgroeien tot een creatief proces.
