Mucho Mas! is a gallery in Turin that is managed by artists Luca Vianello and Silvia Mangosio. The gallery showcases up-and-coming artists from Italy and around the world who are exploring the evolving role of contemporary imagery. Working closely with artists, the founders of the gallery aspire to present a wide-ranging, cross-disciplinary perspective on the shifting landscape of photography. They examine how its profound importance has evolved in the present day, shedding some of its initial connotations while simultaneously adopting new and far-reaching meanings.

Luca Vianello

Born in 1990 in northwest Italy, graduated from Art Institute “Pinot Gallizio” at the age of 18. He won a scholarship from the European Institute of Design and graduated graduated cum laude in 2012. While studying he worked as a photography assistant. He was a collaborator of Collective Cesura and assistant of Alex Majoli (Magnum Photo) and devoted himself to archiving, printing, and post-production. Luca Vianello founded Mucho Mas! artist-run space in 2018 and continues to work as a freelancer and researcher in Turin.

Silvia Mangosio

Silvia Mangosio was born in Italy, in 1988. After studying photography and anthropology in Turin, she joined a master class at Fondazione Fotografia in Modena, where she developed a project titled “Memoriamatic”, that won the second prize in the Premio “Cassa di Risparmio”. She took part in several group exhibitions and artist-in-residencies. In 2013 and 2016 she was shortlisted for the exhibition of Premio Francesco Fabbri per le Arti Contemporanee. In 2018 she exhibited her project “Chronotope” in the collective exhibition “Memories” at Phos in Turin. Silvia Mangosio lives and works in Turin
