Transport

The closest airport to Tilburg is Eindhoven Airport. Public transport from Eindhoven Airport by bus and train to Tilburg is very frequent. Schiphol Amsterdam airport is easy to get to by train. Brussels airport Zaventem can be reached by Flixbus for example.

Arrival

Check-in:
Weekdays Monday – Thursday from 2:30 pm – 7pm onwards, other days and times by prior agreement only (for example due to international flights coming in).
At the time of arrival goods and luggage can be dropped at reception, before taking them to the studio.

Upon your arrival, you will be asked to sign for the four keys:
Front door key
Studio key,
Key to garden
Bike on loan.

In case of loss of one or more keys you will be charged for the replacement: € 60 euro for the certified front door key and € 20 euro per key for the other keys.
Stolen or lost bicycles must be refunded by the Resident who is also responsible for reporting the theft to the police. In case of bike repairs needed, bikes need to be repaired at Residents’ own costs.

Departure

Check-out:
On the day of departure before 11:00 am.
A later hour by prior arrangement only.
Make the time of departure known at least three days before you leave to the residency coordinator.

Your room and studio should be left in the condition as you found it. The residency coordinator will check the studio and your room when you leave. You can either clean the room and the studio yourself or have them cleaned by housekeeping, in which case a cleaning fee of € 50 applies.

Please settle your account of the purchases made during your stay in the afternoon the day before your departure at the latest.
